Fava Beans skin are mainly insoluble Fibre indigested by humans.

TheFibre is natural Soluble Dietary Fibre which is 100% fermented/digested in the large bowel. Insoluble Fibre (skin) of Fave Beans is replaced by Soluble Fibre TheFibre to make MannaBeans.

According to the Quran Fava Beans (Foum/Horse Beans/Foul Madamas) are the oldest cultivated legumes since Prophet Mosa time 5000 years ago.

Ingredients:
Peeled(Fava Beans), TheFibre (Manna)

Direction to make MannaBeans
To make 1 serving, add 150ml boiled water to one sachet (25g) & simmer for 10 minutes, while stirring to get paste, add sesame/olive oil, cumin, preferred herbs & salt to taste. Paste allow cold serving mixed with yogurt.

Direction to make MannaBeans Falafil
Add enough water to the content of one sachet to make dough, to which add preferred Falafil herbs/ salt/ yeast/ baking powder, cut into small round pieces & fry.

Direction to make MannaBeans Soup
To make 3 servings add 300ml boiled water to one sachet (25g), then add preferred herbs / salt while stirring & simmer to light or thick soup.
